Originally from the island of Malta, Maureen has dedicated her life to helping others. She spent several years working in the medical field and after a debilitating car accident left her with chronic and acute pain, she sought relief outside of medications. Maureen has been a Master Hypnotherapist for over 20 years and she uses her own experiences to bring out the hidden strengths that we all have inside of us.
She is the only Hypnotherapist who has been both the Director and Professor in two nationally accredited colleges and who has co-authored a research paper issued by the Neuroscience Department at UCLA. She is at the Mastery level in Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Guided Imagery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Reiki Energy work. She also teaches the first three modalities.
She is the Resident Therapist at the renowned Chopra Center in La Costa, San Diego, California. Maureen has written 11 books and is an internationally renowned Motivational Speaker.
