As a children's book author, my goal is to inspire a love of reading by creating characters that kids will relate to. Peanut Butter & Pumpernickel was inspired by my love of animals and nature, however, by incorporating challenging words and tongue twisters, I hope to have kids running for the computer to look up the meaning of the words they don't know. It's never too soon to challenge young minds with advanced grammar and vocabulary. I hope you enjoy it! - Karen J. Roberts
