About the Author
Mary Deal, a retired Clinical Hypnotherapist and lifelong practitioner of Self-Hypnosis and Meditation, has coached others in discovering their creativity and establishing or deepening meditation practices. After a car accident ended her ability to maintain a hypnotherapy practice, a career change into creativity led to becoming an award-winning novelist. She has also published a short story collection and writers' references. She is a Pushcart Prize nominee, artist and photographer, and former newspaper columnist and magazine editor.
