About the Author
Dr. Joe DeAngelis is a highly regarded organizational consultant and coach. As the Founding Partner of South Shore Behavioral Partners, Dr. DeAngelis works with individuals and teams internationally to maximize the human potential in business, sport, and personal effectiveness. He is sought after for his views on strategy alignment, executive, team, and sales force assessment and transformation; transition and change; and merger integration. Dr. DeAngelis serves as a Managing Partner for Monarch Sales Advisors, a strategic sales consultancy. He also sits on the Board of Directors of a leading energy management firm. Dr. DeAngelis and his wife, Kim, recently established a trust in memory of his parents, supporting college bound students with financial needs. This innovative trust supports students by funding the costs of textbooks and related supplies for up to four years of their college career. The first students were 2015 graduating seniors from NH schools, and are now college freshmen. Eric Wilson is a human resources executive with over twenty years experience in industries such as transportation, aerospace, and manufacturing. His extensive background includes supporting business locations in eight countries, across four continents, in a generalist leadership capacity. Mr. Wilson has been highly recognized for his ability to align organization strategy to workforce development needs. Exemplifying his pursuit of enterprise-wide improvement, he has acquired certifications in Six Sigma as well as Lean Manufacturing tools and systems to better align human capital capabilities with organizational needs. Hailing originally from Pennsylvania, he has moved through six states on his career path and now resides in Florida. Additional to his business pursuits, Mr. Wilson is a successful musician and published author of fiction and prose under a pen name. He is a strong supporter of animal shelters, facilitating local efforts for rescues and pet adoptions.
