From the Author

This story covers our sea change move when we retired to Tasmania. Here we were seen as blow-ins and not locals. Our arrival caused a few ruffles and misunderstandings. We had never renovated a house before, or run a farm or put in a vineyard. We made an heroic start and discovered so much adventure and fun and made the most wonderful friends. With the stories and adventures of the first year here as part of our lives now, I felt I could share some of them with you, in a fun fiction novel.
