About the Author

Frode Svensen (1958-) was born in Stavanger, Norway and now lives in London, UK.

Frode has been developing people his entire career. He worked almost 15 years in international corporations as a manager and then ten years as a management consultant. Throughout these years, he developed new leaders by creating challenging environments where they could grow and fulfill their potential.

For the last ten years, Frode has supported large, successful organisations through training and coaching. He has worked with leaders and teams from Europe, US and Asia. His focus is to help them implement people skills relevant for their culture and relevant for the challenges of corporations in the 21st century.
