It's Saturday, October 31st, 1981.

BIBLY O'GRIM lives... somewhere. Probably.
 
Little is currently known about the famed storyteller and prankster, outside of anecdotal sightings of him on Halloween. On that day, there are always varying reports of him from everywhere across the globe. From Tokyo to Killarney to Berlin to Atlanta, he has been seen singing, dancing, eating, and just making merry in general.
 
It is well known that Bibly will dress in a costume to secretly join other trick-or-treaters on Halloween. Often many candy givers are left wondering if the quiet child, hiding in the back of a group of kids, was in fact actually 'good ol' Bibly' in disguise.
 
It is a growing tradition, come Halloween Night, to leave a cup of strong hot tea out on your back porch, to see if Bibly will stop by for a sip. He can get quite thirsty at night, so don't be surprised if you find the tea gone in the morning, with a piece of candy, or two, left in its place...
