Updates of this book for errors have also been discontinued. This book is a comprehensive study guide containing 40 multiple choice bridge questions with detailed solutions for the Lateral Component of the NCEES SE Exam. It is specifically written for the "building" structural engineer that does not commonly design bridges in everyday practice, but must have basic knowledge of bridge design for the SE Exam. About the Author
David Connor, SE, PE is currently a structural engineer for Haines, Gipson, and Associates in Lawrenceville, GA and resides in Greenville, SC. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. He has been a registered PE in Georgia since 2002, and passed the 16-Hour NCEES Structural Engineering Exam in 2014 on his first try.
