The book of Revelations in the bible is one that cries out for attention to many a bible teacher, preacher, or scholar. But we are all perplexed by the complex imagery that flows out of it and because of its fabulous and mythical nature we shy away from studying it. In this volume covering the first twelve chapters of the book of Revelations the message is simply that God has accomplished his Great Mystery - thus Revelations 10:7 seems to sum up the whole of the revelation so far given in that the angel declares that just when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet the whole mystery of God would be fulfilled. Seen in that light, the opening of the seals by the Lamb, the blowing of the trumpets by the angels must surely mean something that relates to that Great Mystery of God, which is that the plan of redemption of mankind would be fully accomplished by the time the angel blows his seventh trumpet. In this volume we will explore the meaning of the scroll given to the Lamb its relationship to the opening of the seals and the blowing of the trumpets by the seven angels. In the end we must come to a connection of these things and events to our position as Christians: After all we are looking at the Word of God that must ultimately help us draw closer to Him!
