Alissa Grey is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who loves to teach people about losing weight and feeling better about themselves. She lives in a small village in the foothills of a beautiful mountain range with her husband, three teenage kids, two free spirited dogs, and various other animals.

Easy to Follow and Brimming with Imaginative Recipes
A very useful little book, full of sensible recipes. I've only recently started using a slow cooker and this is really helpful as the recipes are easy to follow and straightforward. At the same time, they are imaginative and varied. There are lots of interesting chicken dishes, and the veggie stuff is great. So far, my favourite is the slow cooker omelette with spinach, roasted peppers and goats cheese.

Love this book! Yummmmmm.
