Valerie A. Storey is Associate Professor in the School of Teaching, Learning and Leadership, College of Education and Human Performance at the University of Central Florida. She is the director of the EdD Education program and Executive Educational Leadership EdD. Both programs are grounded on the working principles of the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate. Storey earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. She currently serves as the Chair of the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate Dissertation in Practice Award Committee.
