About the Author

Constantin V. Mihaescu is a Romanian mechanical engineer, manager, management consulting expert, informaticien, scientific researcher and writer. After a long research and many experiments he has discovered a law of nature: the Universal Law of Organization – graphically represented by the Universal Model of Organization and Management. This model can be used to organize and manage in scientific systemic vision all human complex activities, to ensure maximum efficiency. He is invited member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). One of his research themes was use of scientific systemic organization and management to develop creative and innovative thinking in order to increase performance in all fields, including business and research in schools and universities. He was qualified in a semifinal of the Romanian National Chess Championship, competition in that he has successfully tested many of his own original concepts presented in this book. He has published nonfiction books, articles, short stories and science fiction.
