About the Author

Dr. Robert Heinzman has a diverse life of experiences which include; military service, rodeo, working as an engineer on the monorails at Disney World, engineering behind the scenes for Universal Studios, working on the Dreamliner for Boeing, and building a SME approved course for Manufacturing Technologist Certification. He has been involved in training and mentoring operations processes at a corporate level and has taught Organizational Behavior, Supervision and Leadership, Strategic Management, and management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.He has used his life and work experiences to develop a unique observational approach to creating better leadership focus and team building opportunities.
