The Social Innovations Lab Framework takes both emerging and established leaders and their companies through a process of innovation that transforms them into sharper, smarter and better versions of themselves. Our mission is to help people, managers, leaders and their teams think in innovative ways to lead and redefine their respective industries. Our philosophy is about inspiring people and tapping into their values, passions, and culture to truly make a difference. The Social Innovations Lab Framework invites teams to participate through an innovation process from idea exploration to plan execution. The Framework hones entrepreneurial and innovative thinking skills while developing, and eventually executing new or improved business innovations/models. Through this process the strongest ideas are created, take root, attract the needed capital and ultimately achieve intended social impact regionally, nationally, and globally.
