About the Author

Dr. Burl Randolph Jr. is a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, a retired Army Colonel with nearly 32 years of service, and a decorated combat veteran with three tours in Iraq. He has spent his entire life Helping Leaders Design Legacies That Last © through inspired leadership, coaching, and mentoring. In the Army, Dr. Randolph sought and accepted the challenges of management and leadership through 15 leadership positions from Team Chief through Chief Executive Officer across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Dr. Randolph served in more than 20 locations and used his unique leadership style to cultivate, motivate, and appreciate diverse populations through thousands of hours of counseling,coaching, and mentoring. As an avowed mentoring acolyte, he has written extensively about mentoring in blogs, his master's thesis, and his doctoral dissertation.
