About the Author:

The author is the founder of Constructive Living. He was on the faculty of UCLA, the USC School of Medicine, and the University of Houston. He received the Morita Prize and the Kora Prize from Japan's Morita Therapy Association. He is currently the Director of the Constructive Living Center. He has published more than 30 books from popular and university presses, some translated into a number of foreign languages. More titles have been published in Amazon Kindle format.
