Vickii Engel Thomas, MS, LMT is a counselor, massage therapist, and educator specializing in the relationship between body and spirit. Over the last three decades, she has integrated these fields into a body-centered approach to change and growth. In her journey through self-employment, migraines, marriage, parenthood, divorce, and the building of a wonderful new life, Vickii continually sought simple and effective ways create calm. The heart of her message is self-care. An adjunct instructor at McDaniel College, a facilitator of mindfulness meditation, and a student of yoga, Vickii’s passion for learning and growth focus on self-discovery in order to create a calmer life and more peaceful world, one person and one relationship at a time. She is the owner and a co-founder of The Center for Healing Arts in Westminster, Maryland and walks to work as often as possible.
