More and more people are opting for cremation. There is little doubt that cremation has become more popular in the Western countries since the mid–twentieth century. Why is this growth occurring? Is there any religious significance to the way we dispose of the remains of our loved ones? Does it really make any difference what we do, since the body is eventually going to return to dust anyway? These and many more questions concerning postmortem decisions are addressed in this book in the hope to provide a guide for Christians in wise decisions regarding how our bodies and those of our loved ones should be disposed of. In short, “To cremate or not to cremate?” That is the question.
