Synopsis

Sometimes the life you end up with is not the life you planned on having. Kathleen learns this firsthand when she loses her husband and her son runs away to join the army upon finding out he was adopted.

Now, Kathleen struggles to regain a sense of hope and purpose in the face of so much uncertainty. Luckily, her energetic grandmother is coming to visit, bringing her Irish charm to help Kathleen get back on her feet.

As Kathleen and her grandmother begin to meet with neighbors and members of the community, it becomes abundantly clear that they are all more connected than they could have imaged...and God may have a plan for them after all.

Fearfully Made is a touching story about family and love. It examines the absorbing way many of us hold on to secrets for years, not realizing these secrets are keeping us prisoner from a life of grace and potential. As Kathleen faces her life head on, she discovers the true power of a secret.

Written with compassion and honesty, this is a book that will warm your heart and leave you thankful for the family you have...no matter what that family may look like.
