About the Author

Randy E. Barnett is the Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Legal Theory at theGeorgetown University Law Center, where he teaches constitutional law and contracts, and is Director of the Georgetown Center for the Constitution. ProfessorBarnett's publications include twelve books, more than one hundred articles andreviews, as well as numerous op-eds.


Josh Blackman is an Associate Professor of Law at the South Texas College of LawHouston. Josh is the author of two books, one casebook, four dozen law reviewarticles, and his commentary has appeared in national publications. Josh is thePresident of the Harlan Institute and founder of FantasySCOTUS.
