Therefore, we need to have a structured day-by-day plan in place. JSJ comprises a 16-week programme with unique (but not obligatory) daily tasks to be completed. This was designed to ensure that individuals stay focused and are not overwhelmed by the workload generated by searching for employment.
STAYING HEALTHY. In order to find a job we need to stay healthy. JSJ monitors: emotional, physical and social progress during the 16-week plan.
CREATING YOUR JOURNEY. Nowadays, finding a job is a very challenging process, especially because we are constantly being rejected by potential employers. JSJ allows you to create your own journey with a new, positive perspective on downtime.

About the Author

Paulina's journey—born in 1987 in Warsaw, Poland. She has over 10 years of professional experience across: education, market research, media, pharmaceutical, social care, start-ups, private equity and the telecommunications industry. She wishes to share with you that she knows how it is to be out of work—she has been unemployed 7 times. Most recently, in one of the most expensive cities in the world—London—while a relationship was ending. It was a very painful experience to her, especially living alone in a foreign country without any savings. In the end, it was the most beautiful journey in her life, when she completely trusted the Universe and discovered other dimensions to life. Through this journey she discovered that happiness is inside and the highest value is just being yourself, at this moment in time.
