Sam Kramer is a former competitive rower, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Sam received his Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, with a major in Sports Nutrition, and has worked with athletes at recreational, professional, and elite levels. He has published peer-reviewed manuscripts in academic journals, and enjoys rowing in his spare time.
