Synopsis

THIS BOOK IS THE SAME AS A BIBLE BELIEVER'S COMMENTARY ON ACTS. For the most part, Christianity’s doctrinal differences are the result of how they twist the book of Acts to fit their doctrine. Therefore, understanding what Acts really says is essential. This Bible study guide is an in-depth review of the book of Acts using the King James Version of the Bible. Comments are backed up extensively with scripture quotes and references only. No "Biblical" scholars, church dogma, commentaries, preachers, re-defined Greek words, or modern Bible versions that corrupt the Word of God (II Corinthians 2:17) are used. The method of understanding is the Holy Spirit teaching us the deep things of God, comparing spiritual things with spiritual (I Corinthians 2:10,13) by studying Scripture rightly divided, as God commands us to do (II Timothy 2:15). If you want to know what the book of Acts says to you today, this is the Bible study guide for you. If you want to know what a Christian denomination says the book of Acts says to you today, look elsewhere!

About the Author

The author believes that God has inspired and preserved His Word perfectly without error today, just as He promised He would, down to the very letter (II Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 12:6-7; Matthew 5:18; Matthew 24:35), and God’s Word today in English is the King James Version of the Bible. In order to maintain the purity of God’s Word, the author rightly divides the Word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). This involves understanding that God made Israel His chosen people, beginning with Abraham in Genesis 12. God set Israel aside at the stoning of Stephen due to their unbelief (Acts 7). God started the mystery dispensation with Paul in Acts 9. The mystery program will continue until our gathering together with the Lord Jesus Christ (II Thessalonians 2:1), at which time the body of Christ will occupy heavenly positions in Christ (Ephesians 2:6). Then, God will save Israel through the tribulation period (Romans 11:25-26) and reconcile the earth back to Himself with Israel being a kingdom of priests to the Gentiles (Exodus 19:5-6). As such, both heaven and earth will be gathered together with Christ in God for all eternity (Ephesians 1:10; Colossians 3:3).
