About the Author

Elliot Goldner is a Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Director of the Centre for Applied Research in Mental Health and Addiction at Simon Fraser University. Emily Jenkins is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia. Dan Bilsker is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia.
