Shortlisted for the Saskatchewan Book Award for Fiction, Eggplant Wife is Robinson's third collection of fiction-intimate, fluid narratives which cross the great divide into the territory of heartbreaking, unspoken truths about human behaviour. These two short stories and novella expound upon our investments in the notion of love, and the vast, peculiar damages exacted by our faiths and our failures.
