About the Author
Susan Warrender is a second-generation native Calgarian. She has written magazine articles on maritime history, and also writes for childrens theatre. Susans plays have been performed at Calgarys Jubilee Auditorium and toured to Medicine Hat and Lethbridge. Susans primary passion is travel, so that she can get up close and personal with history. From the battlefields of Gettysburg to the beaches of Normandy, Susan has been there, done that and bought the souvenir mug (she has over 300 in her collection).
