About the Author
Dennis Jeffries is an internationally known and respected figure in the flooring industry with more than 40 years of experience. He pioneered the introduction of new products and spearheaded worldwide campaigns by the largest flooring companies. He is Head of Product Development and Commercial Sales with the international franchise organization, Floor Coverings International.
