About the Author:

Tonia Reinhard, MS, is a registered dietician and professor at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, where she is the program director for the Coordinated Program in Dietetics and the course director for clinical nutrition in the School of Medicine. She is the author of The Vitamin Sourcebook and Gastrointestinal Disorders and Nutrition, and she is president of the Michigan Dietetic Association.
