About the Authors

DAVID L. WILTON is the director of small business banking at Scotiabank. His career at Scotiabank spans 30 years, and includes various management positions in South Western Ontario and Northern Ontario. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and holds an MBA from Dalhousie University. Wilton is the co-author of The Succession Planning Toolkit for Small Business. He lives in the Toronto area.

KYLE MCNAMARA is the managing director of small business with Scotiabank. He has 19 years of experience at a number of different financial institutions and has been with Scotiabank for nine years. He has had senior positions in Credit Risk, Business Analysis, Predictive Modelling, Data Warehousing and Customer Strategy. He lives in the Toronto area.
