Microsoft PowerPoint is probably the most popular presentation software, so is another manual on it needed? The four authors, who refer to themselves as "we five librarians" in the preface, saw need for a manual focusing on using PowerPoint in a library setting. In 14 chapters, they cover topics ranging from loading the software to using PowerPoint with other programs in the Microsoft Office suite and touching all aspects in between, including library-specific uses. Two appendixes give tips for presentations and list shortcut commands, respectively. Although about use in the PC environment, the book contains much that Macintosh users will find helpful.
