" Interestingly, emerging infectious diseases of plants are described extensively in the final chapter and, although few plant biologists would purchase the book for this alone, it makes for very interesting reading to those less familiar with the subject. This book is highly recommended to anyone interested in keeping up to date with developments in this area of research, but contains enough information to appeal to newcomers."
