About the Author

Dr. Rainer studied medicine in Germany and London and epidemiology at UCLA. He completed his internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. After practicing internal medicine for a number of years, he is now in private practice, consulting on practice management issues and teaching practice management to residents.
