Synopsis

About the Author
Nelly Leon-Chisen, RHIA, heads the AHA Central Office on ICD-9-CM and the Central Office on HCPCS. She is the executive editor of AHA Coding Clinic® for ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS and co-author of ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. Nelly and a team of AHA Central Office staff have contributed to the Faye Brown ICD-9-CM Coding Handbooks for more than a decade.
