About the Author

Michael E. Frisina is an author, educator, and consultant specializing in health care leadership and performance improvement. He has held leadership positions in health care organizations, the U.S. Army, and is the founder of The Frisina Group, a leadership consulting and teaching consortium. Dr. Frisina received his B.S. degree from Saint Bonaventure University, earned a M.A. degree at Indiana University, and doctorate at the University of Auberdeen. He has completed post-graduate studies at the University of Cambridge, earning a certificate in International Bioethics from Girton College.
