Caught in the cross fire? Under attack? Here's help.

Tough circumstances rise to challenge every man. Real life brings us face-to-face with sudden job loss, splintering relationships, illness or disability, financial stress, emotional or spiritual issues that overwhelm.

We don't have to go down in defeat! With the right know-how and support, we can go on the offensive and win over adversity.

Here is a book full of practical and biblical wisdom, coupled with inspiring stories of men who have won their way through gritty circumstances. How a Man Faces Adversity teaches you how to grapple with:

reluctance to let someone else help

fear of looking weak or incapable

the need to find a new source of strength when the resources available won't take you through

the need for brother-to-brother support to work your way out of difficulty.

ROBERT HICKS is the bestselling author of Uneasy Manhood and Masculine Journey. As a military chaplain, gifted men's counselor and former pastor, he brings powerful insight to the issues men face in tough times.
