Gordon J. Rowe was an instructor in radar technology for the U.S. AIr Force for two years. He then worked in design and development of tactical rockets for the U.S.Army and was then employed by NASA for fourteen years as an aerospace engineer. With almost four years in the U.S. Marines prior to these activities, he was able to take an early retirement to pursue a mew career in his latent but chosen field - writing.
Gordon Rowe grew up on a farm in Georgia. He has three sons, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
