Reza Sisakhti has been a workplace learning and performance improvement practitioner for the past two decades. He is a senior educational consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation. He is also a lecturer at the School of Education, Boston University, where he has been teaching graduate courses in computer-based instruction and instructional design since 1986.
Sisakhti earned his Ph.D. in instructional systems technology from Indiana University in 1982, where he taught and served as an instructional design consultant prior to joining Digital Equipment Corporation in 1983. He received his Executive M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1992.
