From the Inside Flap

What does it take to start a successful business? So many good ideas fail within the first year; a few unlikely ones take off into quick success. Having the right capital structure is important. Concept and timing are critical. But the psychology of the person at the helm is what separates most winners from losers. This book explores that psychology. It is a gut check for anyone considering one of life's greatest adventures.

As an entrepreneur, you need to have the intensity and focus to see the business through its earl years. Leap of Strength guides readers through the interior journey that every entrepreneur and business founder experiences. And it connects these personal issues with practical matters like how to choose an industry and market segment, how to articulate a vision and mission and how to work intensely without losing balance in your life.
