Grade 2-6-- This series entry, featuring full-color illustrations surrounded by lively facts, makes for an attractive volume. It is a scaled-down version of the now-familiar ``Eyewitness'' format, but the subject does not readily lend itself to the usual topic treatment. The organization is a little peculiar; the discussion of rain is 20 pages away from the examination of thunder and lightning.
