He is the founder of Walters Appreciative Consulting and the Director of the Catholic Scholars program, Residence Ministry, and Social Media at St. John’s University. Dr. Walters is the author of Dreams Come True: Discovering God’s Vision for your Life. He is a devoted father, uncle, husband, son, brother, friend, and Mets fan. Dr. Walters resides in New York with his beloved wife, Suzie, and two beautiful children, Shea and Lily.
