About the Author

Jeff Furman, PMP, has extensive experience as a PM instructor/corporate technical trainer and a project manager. He has managed many large IT projects for Fortune 100 companies, including new product evaluations and installs, QA testing, and infrastructure upgrades. As an instructor, Jeff has trained numerous project managers as well as IT developers and trainers. For the last four years he has specialized in teaching PMP prep classes, helping hundreds of PMs attain certification.
