Gr 1-2--These three nicely photographed titles are a total disappointment. The authors have attempted to present an introduction to each animal, and have assumed that readers will have had absolutely no experience or exposure to the topics. However, the texts are so oversimplified that they offer misleading and sometimes incorrect information. Each one has the annoying habit of beginning sentences with the word and. Though the photos are well done, most of the captions are meaningless, and some are inaccurate. These books are not worth the money.
