Originally from Washington, Georgia, Tyler began his professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co. on the audit staff. In 1978 he founded Tyler & Company, which conducts searches for executives with hospitals, HMOs, PHOs, clinics, and in-service companies, and for physician executives.
