Synopsis
In My House takes baby on a journey of discovery around the house. Each page offers a simple description and colorful illustration of an everyday object, toy, or pet found in and around the home. For each new object, there is a "touch and feel" panel that features an appropriate texture -- baby can learn that a flower petal feels like smooth velvet, a sandbox like rough sandpaper, and a cuddly teddy bear soft and furry.
Developmental Skills
-- Baby will recognize the colorful objects, toys, and pets and learn their names
-- Different textures stimulate baby's sense of touch
