Synopsis
Hide-and-seek is a favored and foundational game of childhood. A toddler who outgrows “peekaboo” soon discovers the joy of hiding (often in plain sight) and causing others to playfully search for them. Once this concept is grasped, children can apply it to countless forms―such as searching for hidden images in books.
