The book provides training in basic spiritual disciplines for all Christian teens. In a personal style that engages teens, Rice offers excellent teaching on such topics as prayer, study, resisting temptation, the Holy Spirit, worship at Mass, forming sound friendships and relationships, and much more. The book is especially helpful for teens who have just completed a retreat or attended a conference where they responded to the gospel and gave their life to Christ.
