Adult/High School-In this sequel to Undercover, Underwear! (Dark Horse, 2002), teenage spy Alex has to stop the nefarious Slackjaw from destroying Tokyo. This shouldn't be a problem for the world's greatest spy, but unfortunately his SpyBoy persona is embedded in his unconscious mind, and tends to come and go unpredictably. Also, Bombshell and SpyGirl, his co-agents on the mission, have a rather contentious relationship. When Alex returns to school, he finds out that the secret agent posing as him in his absence has stirred up trouble. On top of that, SpyGirl has transferred to his school and continues to pursue Alex and annoy Bombshell. "SpyBoy" is bawdy and playful with colorful, kinetic art. The sometimes silly story lines are grounded by the characters who behave in a believable manner.
