Synopsis
Strategies for Great Teaching provides teachers with easy-to-implement strategies to help students to draw personal meaning from the subject matter and strengthen recall and understanding. Each lesson focuses on a unique type of "e-moment" (engaging moment) that connects students through their modalities and multiple intelligences to the material and maximize the learning moment. Teachers of all content areas will learn how to better engage their students and increase their understanding of lessons by adapting the strategies according to their specific needs.

About the Author
Mark Reardon is the president of Centre Pointe Education and has 21 years of experience as a teacher, principal, and educational consultant. He is the author of HotTips for Teachers, HotTips for Speakers, and HotTips for Facilitators. He lives in Oceanside, California. Seth Derner is an educational specialist with the national FFA Organization and has authored numerous leadership and personal development conferences for students. He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.
