Useful for fans who want to make similar quilts based on Henson's characters, the book features full-sized, color patterns and step-by-step instructions for 15 different character quilt blocks, which can be mixed and matched. Quilting expertise is not required, as the characters may be fused rather than appliqued (sewn) onto each block. Nonquilters will enjoy seeing the imaginative quilts and reading the background information for each creation. A good choice for all public libraries.
