Well-known gunwriter Elmer Keith wrote a monthly column for Guns and Ammo magazine for three decades. In this second volume, excerpts from the years 1971 through 1980 are published. As in the previous volume, his writings reek of gun oil, saddle leather, gunpowder, and campfires as well as pistols, revolvers, bolt action and double rifles, shotguns, ammunition, loads, bullets, and numerous accessories. Keith was a master storyteller as well as a most observant gun expert. His writings have been widely acclaimed for years.
